This super fun yoga class emphasizes mindfulness and self awareness through challenging yoga poses, creative games, kid friendly meditations and music. Kids will learn a variety of techniques to help them focus, relax and calm their minds, as well as build strength, increase flexibility and improve coordination. Classes are upbeat, engaging, and a great environment for making new friends and feeling really happy!
