Essential oils are powerful and using them for our yoga practice can take our yoga experience to another level. Essential oils can enhance our yoga practice on many levels - physically, emotionally and spiritually. They can be uplifting, balancing, grounding and more.
We will explore various pure, therapeutic grade and organic essential oils from the company doTERRA.
In this two hour workshop, we will share with you which essential oils to use in your yoga practice and you will get to experience using these pure essential oils yourself.
You will get to feel the difference!
Investment: $25 (when you enroll in the emotions and essential oils workshop you will get $5 off and cost for this workshop will be $20).
Venue*: Natural Living Yoga studio, Founders Heritage Park, 87 Atawhai Drive, Nelson.

*(The Natural Living Yoga Studio at the Founders Heritage Park has a separate entrance to the Founders Park. You don't need to enter the Founders Park. Park at the back of the car-park and you will see a double-story yellow building and the entrance to the studio is on the bottom right-hand side.)
