Over the course of the 4 weeks you will:
- Learn the secrets of weight loss (much more than just eat less and exercise more!). Secrets that will change the way you look at weight loss and well-being forever.
- Find out about hormonal imbalance, if you have it and how to deal with it.
- Learn how to balance your hormones: including thyroid, oestrogen & progesterone, insulin, cortisol (stress) and testosterone (yip even us girls need just the right amount).
- Discover your nutritional formula and what exercise suits you and your goals.
