Wind down your weekend with a Restorative Yoga class with Jo, yoga teacher, Health Groove - Yoga, Nutrition & Wellbeing.
Starting with some breath work to bring you into the yoga zone, followed by 1 1/2 hours of gentle restorative yoga (passive, seated, supine poses) aided by the use of yoga props such as bolsters, blocks and blankets and then finishing either 30-40 minutes of Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation).
The perfect way to end your weekend. Bliss, perfect bliss. This class is suitable for anyone - even if you have never done yoga before. It is deeply restorative.
