Why not Wind Down Your Weekend by treating yourself to 2&1/2; hours of Restorative Yoga. Starting with some breath work to bring us into the yoga zone, followed by about 1&1/2; hours of gentle, Restorative Yoga (passive, seated and supine poses) aided by the use of yoga props such as bolsters, blocks and blankets and then finishing with 30-40 minutes of Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation).
The perfect way to end your weekend - bliss, perfect bliss. Bookings through Try bookings.com (30c admin fee, hence the $30.30) Anyone can do this class, whether they have done yoga before or not, so bring a friend, mum, dad or anyone who needs to take some serious time out.
It is all very relaxing. Stretching out like this really works on the deeper layers of connective tissue, so really good for those with injuries, tight muscles, stress etc etc.
