When East Meets West

The DSO is a co-organiser of the Third Session Golden Ribbon Concert of China - New Zealand International Culture & Art Festival with the Xiyangyang National Orchestra and Guest Artists.

The concert is a feast of integration performance of Eastern and Western culture and art. Professional musicians from both countries representing world-class quality join together to explore and experience a new taste of music.

The theme of the evening party includes three chapters: celebration of the Spring Festival, chasing dreams and singing the future, meaning embracing the differences and enjoying the colourful world.
