Walk for Wishbone

Take a 1 km stroll or challenge yourself to see if you can stair climb the height of Auckland’s Sky Tower or conqueror the Empire State Building on the hallowed ground of Eden Park.

All to raise much-needed funds for leading orthopaedic research in New Zealand. Helping people to get moving again more quickly after surgery, to live full active lives.

Stadium stair challenge – either 1,103 steps – the top of Sky Tower; or 1,751 steps – reach the top of the Empire State Building, going up, down and around the turf.

1km walk – take a leisurely stroll around Eden Park’s concourse.

Then into the corporate lounge to socialise and win spot prizes. Food and drinks will be available to purchase..

Whether it’s getting back into sport, going shopping without pain or getting out to see friends – funds raised will support life-changing research into improving surgery and treatment for broken bones, joint replacements, bone infections and cancers, and sport injuries.
