Join us for the 2019 Walk for Dementia – an opportunity to walk in memory, or support, of a loved one living with dementia.

There will be refreshments and entertainment to enjoy in the fresh air with your friends and family – and plenty of opportunities to donate, challenge your friends or family to help you fundraise.
