For current and future parents of adolescents and others working with young people, come along and learn how the brain is developing at this interesting time. Topics include:
- Transitioning from childhood to adulthood
- The important role of parents and other adults
- The increased importance of peers
- Risk-taking
- Sleep patterns
- Alcohol use
- Social media use

In addition to the above you will also hear from the "Game On" alcohol harm reduction programme in rugby clubs (Southern DHB, Otago Rugby, Green Island Rugby Club)

Doors open at 5pm and snacks will be provided. The presentations start at 5.30pm.

The Dunedin Alcohol Harm Reduction Group brings Brainwave Trust to Dunedin during Mental Health Awareness Week to deliver this seminar.
