Tykes On Trikes 2019

National Children’s Day is coming up on Sunday the 3rd of March so our team at Home Grown Kids have decided to bring back Tykes on Trikes to celebrate!

This is a fun free event for children aged 2 - 6 years of age with a fantastic bike obstacle course built by the one and only Uncle Gregs Playhouses!

Every ‘racer’ will receive a ‘Juicie’ and a balloon at the finish line and we will have a prize-giving at the end with lots of great spot prizes donated by local vendors.

Bring the littlies along as we will also have two sensory craft tables set up to play at while their sibling races!

Although this is a free event we would love for you to bring along some gold coins to support a sausage sizzle we will be hosting to raise funds for Waipuna Hospice’s ‘Play Therapy’. This is an important programme in our community which supports children who have a family member in palliative care.
