Matariki Festival 19: Wananga: Ko Tuu Ko Rongo Workshops

We invite you to participate in this years Matariki Special from the Tūrongo Collective

Push yourself physically, mentally and emotionally with performing arts, martial arts, mau rākau, Māori weaponry and choreography to enhance your physical health, well-being and self-awareness. Ideal for 15 years and up, participants will need curiosity, stamina, perseverance, openness, tolerance and heart! Presented around the region by Turongo Collective.

Tūrongo Collective are a health and wellness company that facilitate engagement and relationship processes through the platforms of Performing Arts, Martial Arts, Weaponry, Stunts, Indigenous and holistic practices.

Our practitioners collectively have merged the skills of Performing Arts, Tae Kwon Do, Kyokushin, Stunt Choreography, Emotional Trauma Therapy, Indigenous teachings and Holistic medicines.

TC mentor and facilitate within Youth Justice, Northern Health School, Private Schools and Mental Health.
