When we greet the new moon, in its almost invisible state, we shift into a special lunar phase: a beautiful energy for quiet reflection, clarity and intention setting.
We can meet this time of the month to expand our horizons, replenish strength and commitment to ideas, visions and dreams, that we are seeding and will continue to nourish and then harvest.
New moon yin yoga, meditation and intention setting are supportive tools to gather purifying energy throughout our bodies, minds and spirits.
Be invited for a gentle Friday night at Spaceyoga: 2 special hours for you to relax, softly open your body and mind and draw in the energies you’d like to invite in.
Bring your own mat and eye pillow or make use of the ones in the studio (bolsters, blankets, mats available).
