Tibetan Singing Bowls have been used for centuries for healing and meditation purposes. The sounds generated by Tibetan Singing Bowls are a type of energy medicine that promote healing from stress disorders, pain, depression, and most forms of dis-ease.

Healing processes are initiated through the pure sonic waves that ring from Tibetan Singing Bowls which wake up our ability to hear with more than our ears.

About Chrystal
The “healing touch” runs in Chrystal’s family. At the young age, Chrystal was invited to join a Shamanic Sound Healing Circle, where she was introduced to the Tibetan Bowls. Following a series of prophetic dreams, a friend presented her with two master bowls made especially for her by a Lama in Tibet.

This gift provided the catalyst for a life-long love affair with Tibetan Bowls, which has evolved into her healing practice and training workshops for practitioners of this ancient sound healing tradition.
