Indulge in a flavour filled evening with delicious, elegant wine delectably matched with Wakatipu Grill’s specially created 3-course menu with a fun and vibrant table-sharing concept, hosted by Three Miners Vineyard.
Three Miners Vineyard was established on the banks of the Clutha River in Earnscleugh, Central Otago in 2000. Currently, they have 12.5 ha of Pinot Noir, 2 ha of Pinot Gris, 1 ha of Riesling and 1 ha of Gewürztraminer. Kirstin and Paul Wright own the vineyard and use a team approach to produce their award-winning wine.
Viticulturalist Gary Crabbe, Precision Viticulture concentrates on vine health and management to produce top quality grapes and Winemaker Pete Bartle, VinPro coaxes the best out of the grapes to make wines with poise, texture, and balance.
