This Labour Weekend we proudly bring you THINK Fest, a creative festival celebrating the efforts of many super talented individuals from our region and beyond. We’ve put together a diverse programme with something for everyone. So come and enjoy our local filmmakers screening, artists market, live music, live street art painting, artist demonstrations, personal development and art workshops, a community clothes swap, food trucks and tasty street food, local brews pop-up bar, and a skate park film-night fundraiser.

Sean Duffell, a well renowned fixture on the NZ Street Art Scene, will be painting live over the course of the weekend, on the Dimax Building on the side street running between the Lee st car park and Coghill st. For a good view of the mural in the making, join us at our hub, the iconic Monkey House Theatre over labour weekend.

Our mission at THINK Coromandel Gig Guide is to create opportunities for our community and visitors to engage with, and participate in local arts and cultural activities, so come get involved. Make sure you pick up a copy of the October Gig Guide and check out facebook.com/thinkcoromandelgigguide for more info on events and workshops.

Think Fest is made possible by the generous support of our funding partners Whitianga Waterways and Dimax Interiors, and through funding from Thames-Coromandel Creative Communities Scheme.
