In this retreat we will explore the extraordinarily practical presentation of Buddha’s teachings known as Lamrim, or the stages of the path to enlightenment.

Each session is a wonderful opportunity to improve our wisdom and concentration through listening, contemplating, and meditating on meaningful topics. By gaining experience of Lamrim meditations we overcome all our faults, solve our daily problems and draw closer to the lasting happiness we wish for.

This retreat begins on the Saturday morning with an introductory talk by Kelsang Shechog at 9.15am. Each session consists of short preparatory prayers, a teaching and a guided meditation.

The sessions are self contained so you can drop-in to any or all of them.

Everyone is welcome regardless of their background or experience.
