The Path to Bliss; a Clear Sky Mind with Gen Kelsang Demo.

Gen Kelsang Demo will be sharing teachings and meditations from the International Summer Festival in the UK that she has attended at Manjushri Centre in the lake District in the UK.

Gen Demo will share the essence of the introduction of the Summer Festival by Gen Kelsang Rabten.
She will talk to us about how to really encourage ourselves and lift our mind in and through meditation.

Plus, Gen Demo will help us start to see beyond the illusion of 'reality' (superficial appearances - and our notions and assumptions about the way things are) - and explore Buddha's concepts of 'emptiness' and 'bliss' which come together when we are able to purify our minds, allowing us to see the nature of existence in a whole new way.

Everyone is welcome! Gen Demo will present these profound teachings so that they are relevant and meaningful for all of us - for those who are familiar with Buddhist meditations and ideas, and for those to whom this is all quite new.
