The Land Before Time

Looking for some school holiday fun that’s a bit different? Take a trip down memory lane with a screening of The Land Before Time on the big screen in the Perpetual Guardian Planetarium. Bring your kids or come along for the nostalgia!

Littlefoot is an orphaned plant-eating dinosaur, who lost his mother to a carnivore. He is on a journey to find the legendary Great Valley, where he will be reunited with others of his kind. During his adventure to the fabled land, Littlefoot meets new friends who join him on his quest. The brave group must avoid dangerous predators and learn to work as a team along the way.

The film will be preceded by a science demonstration. Popcorn and drinks will be available for purchase. Tickets are available from the Otago Museum Shop or online.
