In conjunction with 'Her Voice' a public lecture series being held in Wānaka on the 12-13th April at The Lake Wānaka Centre - The Weaving House opens again in the evening with skilful playing local Women and The Fan Brigade on Saturday 13th April at 7.30pm.

This Saturday show is all about having fun, being entertained, being in good company and raising funds for local Domestic and Sexual Violence Services.

The first hour our stage is graced with the performance from local songbirds, spoken word from poet & author Lis Breslin, a miniature talk on Female Sexuality with Somatic Sex Coach Nina Powell ~ culminating in a psychedelic circus dance performance ~ a brief interval ~ followed by The Fan Brigade

The Fan Brigade is coming to Wanaka with their award winning show Feminazi Bitches with their show that sold out before opening night during the NZ International Comedy Festival

The Fan Brigade won Best Newcomer NZICF 2016 for their debut and sold- out show Ask the Fan Brigade and smashed a second sold-out season in 2017 with the hit sequel Don't Ask the Fan Brigade.

Their third show Feminazi Bitches brings more of their brilliant musical comedy hits.
