Set during World War I, this moving, sometimes comic, drama examines the futility of war, focusing on a division of the Royal Flying Corps with an appallingly high casualty rate and the impact of this on the behaviour of members of the squadron. Stars Errol Flynn, Basil Rathbone and David Niven.
