Stress and Children

We are all affected by stress throughout our lives and over the past nine years, we have all been affected with additional stress caused by the earthquakes. Children experience stress differently to adults, this is due to their age and stage of development at the time of the stress occurs. This is an informative session where Liz McNaughton will discuss how stress affects children and what strategies we can use to support them at home.
