About the Day Course:
Worry and stress are an increasingly common problem for people in the modern world. These states of mind prevent us from experiencing peace and enjoying a full life.

Problems, worry, anxiety and unhappiness are no more than negative thinking; they are feelings and do not exist outside the mind. On this meditation day course we will learn the causes of these crippling states of mind and how to overcome them through positive ways of thinking.

About the Teacher
Kelsang Pawo is a Kiwi Buddhist monk and the Resident Teacher of KMC Auckland. Pawo has engaged in many retreats and studied extensively in Buddhist philosophy and training the mind practices. He brings a clear and practical presentation of Buddhist teachings that are both entertaining and inspirational.

Suitable for beginners. Everyone welcome.

Cost: $65 – includes lunch and morning/afternoon tea.

Booking is essential, so please book online now, or contact the Centre to book your place.
