About the Day Course
Whenever anything goes wrong with our lives we are very quick to blame others. Everyone else is at fault and we insist it is they who must change. We think that once this is achieved the world will suddenly turn into a more beautiful place with far less conflict and suffering.

This attitude causes us to become oblivious to our own faults and shortcomings. This prevents us from taking responsibility for our own actions and making an effort to change.

On the other hand when we examine our own faults we develop beautiful states of mind. The mind of love fills our heart with happiness and brings joy to our family, friends and others. It costs nothing yet is the most powerful method to improve the world we live in. During this teaching, we will learn to develop the courage to face our faults and to enhance our mind of love.

What to expect at a class
These classes are based on Buddha’s teachings on the mind, but you do not need to be a Buddhist to attend, or to benefit from them.

There is no physical exercise involved and you can choose to sit either in a chair or on a cushion.

These classes are suitable for all levels of experience.
