It's an absolute pleasure to introduce my friend Franziska von Hunerbein, artisan baker and creator of Villa Bumblebee. Baking your own delicious sourdough bread at home is easy with a good process and a few tricks and hints. Franziska will guide you through the steps and lead you to success.

You will work in our kitchen on the ranch, get to know the basic tools and ingredients, care for the starter, mix and shape the dough and learn how to get a fabulous result when baking in your own home oven. While sampling fresh bread, garden pesto and spreads, honey and seasonal cordials there will be plenty of time to ask questions.

You will go home with a bread recipe, a sourdough starter, a bread loaf ready to be baked the next day and lots of new knowledge. This will be a small class for up to eight participants - cost $100pp. To secure a space please book and pay for your seat ASAP. Gift vouchers are available.
