Do you want both mindfulness and movement?
Sit-Walk-Dance is a simple and accessible practice where we follow a sequence of sitting for a few minutes, walking for a few more, and dancing for a bit longer. We repeat this movement meditation cycle throughout the class. We move silently to music, with guidance from the teacher.
About Kerry-Ann:
I am an Open Floor Dance Teacher, coach and celebrant who has danced all my life for personal re-creation. Dance is my ‘Yes’ in life and I offer myself as a movement meditation and dance guide for you.
