Do you want both mindfulness and movement?
Sit, Walk & Dance is a simple and accessible practice where we repeat a sequence of sitting for a few minutes, walking for a few more, and dancing for a bit longer. We repeat this movement meditation cycle throughout the class. We move silently to music, with guidance from the teacher.
One hour for restoration of body, mind and soul.
Kerry-Ann Stanton:
I am an Open Floor Dance Teacher, coach and celebrant who has danced all my life for personal re-creation. Dance is my ‘Yes’ in life and I offer myself as a movement meditation and dance guide for you.
