Tiakina o Tātou Moana - Care for our Seas.

Sea Week runs March 2-10 and this year’s theme focuses on the impacts of litter in the marine environment and how we can better take care of our seas.

Events running Thursday and Friday include:
- Flax waka weaving and sailing
- Bamboo straw making
- Kaitiaki kōrero at local stream
- Moana flag creations with Ron Te Kawa
- Beeswax wrap making workshop
- Para Kore zero waste display and prizes
- Moana themed craft and colouring fun

Activities for all ages - light refreshments available.
