School Holiday Programme: Ei Upoko – Garlands of Love

Bring along your favourite artificial flowers and transform them into a beautiful Ei Upoko/Floral Island Headpiece that will last a lifetime. It can be worn all year round or gifted to that someone special as a symbol of friendship, love and respect.

We will be using simple weaving/binding techniques to weave flowers and greenery together and then you can strike a pose in front of our huge floral garland on the front window of the museum.

Don’t forget your flowers! You need five or more artificial flowers of your choice. All other materials will be provided.

Age: 8-13 years
Cost: $10.00 (plus booking fees | plus artificial flowers at your own cost)
