S-ence: Kevin Saunderson

S-ence is proud to present the return of one of the godfathers of techno. As part of the Belleville Three, along side Derrick May and Juan Atkins, Kevin is credited with inventing the musical style known as Detroit techno.

His impact and influence on dance music cannot be understated. His productions as Inner City and E-Dancer are some of the most recognised classics with tracks like Big Fun, Good Life, Human Bond and World of Deep.

His label KMS Records helped chronicle the early footsteps of artists like Blake Baxter, MK, Derrick Carter and Bicep and it continues to be a champion of the ever-evolving sound of electronic dance music.

And with his son's Damarii and Dauntiez, Kevin is forging a dynasty that will continue long into the generation.
