Restorative Aerial Yoga is a slow nourishing practice incorporating a low hammock. The hammock is used to support and massage the body while moving through poses. Providing a state of deep relaxation. Followed Directly by unique sound healing Bath while suspended in the Aerial Hammock.

Yee Ley uses specially selected instruments and her healing voice to create sound-scapes based on the group dynamics. This is more than an auditory experience - it is like receiving a massage with sound. Sounds created with voice, crystal bowls, harp, chimes and more.

Suitable for all fitness levels, no prior aerial yoga experience needed.
