Release & Restore

Join us for an afternoon of deep release and relaxation.

Our practice will begin with some simple breathwork & intention setting - with a focus on removing anything that no longer serves us.

We'll then build the heat with a dynamic Vinyasa Flow, igniting the Tapas (fire) within us as a way of inner cleansing - freeing blockages both physically and energetically.

Following that, we'll then slow everything down, supporting the entire body completely, in order to soften and let go of any tension within our muscular makeup.

Using props to support us, and essential oils to deepen our experience, we allow ourselves to completely release & restore.
