Quilts Across the Ranges

Western Quilters' Circle Inc invites you to come along to our annual quilt show to see our members wonderful quilt creations and community quilts for Age Concern and Foster Hope.

Guest exhibitor: Rosemary Rush, with her wonderful and awe-inspiring Quilts of the World works.

The theme for the 2019 Challenge quilt is, ‘Summer’; celebrating warm sun, sandy beaches, sparkling water and beautiful shady bush walks. What does summer mean to you? What happens in summer? What special things do you do in Summer? Where do you go? What does summer look like/feel like? Come see our members' interpretation of summer in a quilted item.

Merchants: Barrie Ashton’s Speciality Threads and Aroha Quilts with Milton and the new owner.

There is a raffle with first prize a quilt (worth $1,800) and second prize a table runner (worth $10). Tickets are $2 each or 3 for $5.

There is an onsite cafe for a wonderful morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. The trading table always proves to be popular for fabrics, books, small knitwear, quilts for sale and more. Bring cash as there is no on-site eftpos.

Entry tickets $5 adults and children free.
