Pole Fitness Level One course.
Looking for a fun way to get fit, improved your strength, co-ordination and self confidence then this is the perfect fitness class.
Suitable for absolute beginners, we will take you through the basic spins, how to climb and sit on the pole. No prior dance or gymnastics experience required.
Commencing 12th September this is a 6 week course, same day and time for 6 consecutive weeks.
