Don't be chicken! It's the Mount Comedy Fest's new act competition with a grand prize of $1000 cash plus $500 worth of professional gigs.

Get involved or just come watch the drama and comedy unfold. You could see the next big thing in comedy or that thing could be you.

The open heat will feature pretty much anyone who wants to have a go. The Final will be the best 8 acts from that night

The Heat: Wednesday January 9th 8pm
The Final: Sunday January 13th 8pm

Both night's hosted by 8 time NZ Comedian of the year, Brendhan Lovegrove.
