Moana Roller Derby vs Swamp City & River City Rollers

Moana Roller Derby is hosting its first ever New Zealand Derby Top 10 Champs game!

Come join us for a fun afternoon of roller derby action! The doors open from 1pm and the first whistle blows at 1.30pm! Moana Roller Derby's Salty Rollers will be taking on the Swamp City Roller Derby All Stars all the way from Palmerston North.

Next up, Moana Roller Derby's Paua Rangers will be taking to the track to play off against the River City Rollers from Whanganui. First whistle at 4pm.

These will be a super fun games, so come along and enjoy some full contact roller skating mayhem!

About roller derby:
Roller derby is a contact sport played by two teams of five members roller skating in the same direction (counter-clockwise) around a track. Game play consists of a series of short match ups (jams) in which both teams designate a jammer who scores points by lapping members of the opposing team.
