Mighty Variety Show

Mighty River Harmony will share the stage in their annual Show with some of their old friends, including the champion women’s chorus The Waikato Rivertones, and will introduce some new friends:
- The Collective, a dazzling young men’s bronze medal quartet from Wellington, will appear as a highlight of the Show.
- The Fonoti-Fuimaono Brothers, a quartet of young men from the Hawkes Bay who are studying Music at Waikato University and are reminiscent of the Sol3 Mio trio with their Samoan opera style.
- A brand new quartet of expert saxophone players
- A variety of men’s, women’s and mixed vocal quartets from Mighty River Harmony and The Waikato Rivertones.

Another feature will be the combined chorus of Young Men in Harmony singers from high schools all over the Waikato. They will have had an intensive workshop during the day, supported by The Collective, and will perform as a chorus and with Mighty River Harmony during the evening.

2019 Champion Sweet Adelines Chorus The Waikato Rivertones will bring their gold medal performance to the Show that will finish with a grand finale.
