Michael Endres Fundraising Concert

Distinguished German pianist Michael Endres is set to play a special fundraising concert in the stunning Great Hall at the Arts Centre te Matatiki Toi Ora on 24 March 2019.

The talented musician has generously offered this concert to the Christchurch centre as a fundraiser to support the restoration of its valuable Steinway piano. He will be giving the beautiful instrument its first workout since it was repaired.

The recital starts at 2.00pm and includes works from Händel, Beethoven and Gershwin.

The first half of the concert will be about 40 minutes, while the second will be around 30 minutes. There will be a 20-minute intermission. It's expected to finish about 3.30pm.
