Messiah

The Christchurch City Choir returns to the Christchurch Town Hall for their annual performance of Handel's Messiah, joined by the Christchurch Youth Choir, conducted by Dr John Linker and accompanied by the Christchurch Symphony Orchestra.

A perennial favourite in the concert calendar, Handel's Messiah signals for many that Christmas is on its way. Joyful, majestic, uplifting.

Soloists, harpsichord, organ, orchestra and choir unite to tell the well known story of the Messiah.
