Our Mental Health First Aid workshop give people the confidence and communication skills to identify, understand and respond to a crisis situation in the workplace. Learn how to identify the signs of mental illness, how to have the mental health conversation at work, listen non-judgementally and help someone experiencing distress - all while maintaining your own mental well-being.
