“If we are skillful friends can become like treasure chests from whom we can obtain the precious wealth of love, compassion and patience.” - Geshe Kelsang Gyatso

How often do relationships affect our state of mind?
When they are going well, we are happy and when they are not going well, they can cause so much heartache and confusion.

All we really want is a life in harmony with others.

In this series of classes, using Buddha’s timeless advice, we will look at why things can go wrong and learn practical methods to interact with our partner, family, friends, colleagues - in fact with all those we share our lives with - and improve all our relationships.

Everybody welcome.
