Satyadevi will run this workshop comprising Alexander Technique, meditative relaxation and breath awareness exercises from her “Living Breath” course for Stress Management.
Focus will move from sitting posture, alignment and balance to releasing the mental and emotional holding that can load the breath.
Using basic instructions from the Buddha’s 16 stages of breath awareness we will then learn how to slowly ease into joyful states that can change our lives and positively affect those around us.
All welcome - wear warm loose fitting clothing. Please bring vegetarian finger food for a light shared lunch.
