There are many successful examples of businesses and organisations in the Wairarapa who have made changes to improve their cultural responsiveness in the workplace - some small, some organisation wide.

Learn from their experiences at the Matariki lunch when Business Wairarapa (was Chamber of Commerce) bring together a panel of people, just like yourselves, who've already made the changes you want to. Get involved in the conversation around what the Wairarapa is doing and what you can do to embrace kaupapa Māori.
