Mama + Baby Yoga Series

We're starting our second Mama + Baby series with Isabelle on June 18th!

*Suitable for new mothers (at least 6 weeks postnatal for natural births and 12 weeks postnatal for C-sections).

What can you expect?
A gentle, restorative practice, to become reacquainted with your body and build the bond with your new baby. There will be a focus on pelvic floor reconditioning, breath work, gently building up strength, and introduction to baby massage.
