LWMCU Dragonfly Springs

On Saturday 13th April at 10am the Love Whangarei Monthly Clean Up will be tackling a mountain of rubbish at Dragonfly Springs Wetland Sanctuary. Meeting in the Dragonfly Springs carpark at the end of Raumati Cresent, Onerahi.

Dragonfly Springs is a Storm Water Cleansing Wetland Nature Reserve, with an environmental education mission.

The area we will be working on can be quite steep so be prepared to climb a few hills, or cart the rubbish to the truck.

Bring good sturdy footwear as we wouldn't want you slipping up.

We supply:
- Some gardening gloves
- Disinfectant
- Sunblock
- Water
- Some lollies (for energy)
- Buckets for carrying the rubbish to the truck
- Random giveaways

Together we are a F.O.R.C.E. to be reckoned.
