If we wish to enjoy good relationships it is essential that we learn to distinguish between love and attachment. While love brings only good results and happiness, attachment brings only problems and suffering such as craving, jealousy, dependence and conflict.
During this workshop we will learn how to distinguish between these minds and free ourselves from attachment while cultivating a pure love for others.
The Teacher:
Kelsang Shechog is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Wellington. She has dedicated her life to helping people solve their problems and find happiness through Buddha’s timeless instructions.
Shechog has spent many years developing Kadampa Meditation Centres where she has inspired many people through her kindness and loving example. Shechog is much loved for her gentle manner, inner strength and clear, skillful teachings.
