The workshop features hasya yoga (a.k.a laughter yoga) which has been shown to recuse cortisol (the stress hormone) and increase endorphins (the happy hormones). This involves simple activities that help people reconnect with the infectious, uncontrollable childlike laughter.

Comfy clothes are best but you don't special yoga or gym gear. A bottle of water is handy too.
