Join us for the launch of the Intentional Leadership Series in Wellington.
The series kicks off with Dr Jo Cribb, Consultant and Director, exploring the topic "21st Century Leadership – Being an inclusive leader".
The skills we will need as leaders of the future are clear. The workforce will be more diverse than ever: age, ethnicity, education, location. To be successful we will need to be able to harness such diversity to create inclusive, high performing teams. We will need to be inclusive leaders. In this interactive session, Jo will share practical leadership strategies that you can adopt to ensure you survive and thrive in the new world of work.
