Institute of Directors - Ethical Dilemmas In the Boardroom

After attending this workshop you will know how to approach board decisions when faced with ethical dilemmas.

Practice and role-play scenarios, within a safe environment, to build your confidence, aptitude and skills in making decisions within different contexts.

You will explore a variety of case studies and then role play distinctly different scenarios to practise your decision-making skills.

You will explore:
- an external issue outside of your control.
- a challenge from within the organisation such as whistleblowing or a misdemeanour of a senior executive.
- conflict from within the board. At what point do you say something instead of just following the consensus of opinion around the table?
