Walkies! Explore the beautiful Kaitoke Regional Park with fellow dog lovers. Meet at the campground before walking along the Pakuratahi River walk to infamous Rivendell where The Lord of the Rings was filmed.

Then head back along the road to the start for games with your furry friend.

What you need to know:
Faultline coffee will be on site (bring a keep cup to help us minimise waste).
Walk unsuitable for buggies but great for front or backpacks.

What to bring: Picnic lunch, plastic bags for your dog’s poop, optional gold coin donation for HUHA to support the amazing work they are doing to provide shelter for less fortunate animals - especially dogs.

Helping You Help Animals (HUHA) Paws in the Park Series is brought to you by Greater Wellington Regional Council, Upper Hutt City Council, Hutt City, Wellington City Council and Kāpiti Coast District Council.
