Hillbilly to Hard Rock Monthly Open Mic Gig

Calling all musos and singers - welcome to the monthly Hillbilly to Hard Rock Open Mic series of events. This gig is different to the others insofar as we don't mind if you perform hillbilly, hard rock or anything in between. If you want to have a go, all you have to do is...

- Prepare some chord charts beforehand (if you want the resident band to back you).
- Pay your entry fee at the door.
- Write your name on the whiteboard.
- Get up and perform when it's your turn.
- And most importantly, have a great time!

Depending on the number of singers or musos to get through on the day, you may get to perform one or more songs on each occasion (this is at the discretion of the organisers). If you'd rather just sit and listen, that is absolutely fine too - musically, there is something for everyone.

This is a family friendly event, and so we seek to provide a enjoyable, supportive and respectful experience for everyone, irrespective of musical abilities or genre. Ultimately we aim to be the preferred open mic gig in the Wairarapa.
